The Box Elder Museum is a new natural history museum in Brigham City, Utah. It opened in the King Building in 2009, and moved to a larger space in the Hervin Bunderson Center in 2010. Current displays incude a variety of fossils and minerals -- from Box Elder County, throughout Utah, and the world.

Hutchings Museum Institute

The Hutchings Museum Institute inspires curiosity through exploration, conservation, and education. Exhibits include live animals, rocks and minerals, fossils, Native American artifacts, wild west and pioneer history, and the Lehi Veterans Memorial.

Parowan Old Rock Church Museum
Parowan, Utah

Parowan's historic "Crown Jewel", the rock church stands in the center of town square. Construction of the Rock Church began in 1863 and the work was completed in 1867. The Rock Church balcony was designed after the Salt Lake City Tabernacle. Over the years, the rock church has been used as a place of worship, town council hall, school building, social hall, and a tourist camp. The Rock Church was restored in the 1940's. Location: Town square between Center and 100 South on Main Street.

Fremont Indian State Park Museum

Fremont Indian State Park is the site of an ancient Fremont Indian village. We have several trails, many of which feature numerous panels of rock art. Our award-winning museum features artifacts from the Fremont culture, and the Sagebrush Art Gallery offers a variety of art styles from local and Native American artists. Camping, hiking, and fishing are just a few of the activities you can enjoy at the park. You can also ride on the Paiute ATV trail, shop in our gift shop, and enjoy scenic Clear Creek Canyon.

Natural History Museum of Utah

The Natural History Museum of Utah is pleased to be open in our new home, the Rio Tinto Center, to serve as the state's new natural history museum building. Located in the foothills above Salt Lake City, the building is an accomplishment of the community and will serve to further the Museum's mission; to illuminate the natural world and humans place within it.

Prehistoric Museum

The USU Eastern Prehistoric Museum is an accredited museum exhibit facility with full-skeletal mounts of dinosaurs and Ice Age creatures, as well as baskets, pottery and clay figurines, a rotating exhibit gallery, classroom and children's exploration area. This institution is state and federal repository complete with Observation Labs where the public can view the curation and preparation processes and speak to the preparators in a one on one setting. Cell phone tours are also offered to enhance the educational nature of the exhibits.
