Highest Industry Standards: Our reports are written to the most stringent industry standards and are in full compliance with the Appraisal Foundation's Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as well as the report development and writing standards of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). These standards are the highest in the industry. They regulate appraisal methodology as well as ethical conduct.

Reports written to these standards are accepted by the IRS, insurance companies, financial institutions and museums.

Qualified: Cindy Charleston-Rosenberg is Certified in the appraisal of fine art by the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). Certification is the highest level of credentialling ISA can bestow. As of January 2010, there are less than forty (40) individuals in the United States holding the designation of Certified in the Appraisal of Fine Art by ISA. Mrs. Rosenberg is also considered to be a qualified appraiser under IRS guidelines.
