The Louisiana Area Historical Museum houses artifacts significant to the area, portraits, memorabilia, all donated by people wanting to preserve local history.
The Louisiana Area is beginning its' 14th year anniversary. Volunteers serve on its' Board and man the Museum. It is the fulfillment of many people's desire to preserve the history of the area. This is certainly shown by the number of volunteers, years served, donors, and visitors.
