We hope to continue in the spirit of the founder and add to the collection at the Board sees fit. The major projects on agenda for now is up dating the grounds and working on some of the needed repairs. We are also exploring ways to increase attendance

The Beeville Art Museum is dedicated to the concept of art as a positive force in the development of creative skills and thought. Toward this end, the Museum is committed to presenting exhibitions featuring the work of renowned Texas artists and collections from Texas museums, galleries and private collectors for the benefit of all people of Beeville and surrounding communities, with special emphasis to educational programs and activities designed to stimulate the imagination of Beeville's youth.

Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History

Each year, the Museum reaches about 50,000 children and adults with stimulating science programs, exhibits, special events, and affiliated programs such as the Arts Council of the Brazos Valley, Center for the Study of the First Americans and the Texas Cooperative Wildlife Collections. Our programs are available thanks to the support of many individuals, businesses, and other institutions.

Buddy Holly Center

The mission of the Buddy Holly Center is to provide world-renowned interactive and dynamic exhibits and programs on Buddy Holly, Texas Music and contemporary visual arts. The Center collects, preserves and presents artifacts, materials, artworks and exhibitions consistent with professional museum standards. Programs are designed to motivate public interest and cultivate an atmosphere where are and music collide- leading toward a creative community. The vision of the Buddy Holly Center is to discover art through music by celebrating legacy, culture and community.

Buggy Barn Museum
Blanco, Texas

The Buggy Barn Museum is located in the beautiful hill country of Blanco, Texas. Just 50 miles from almost all surrounding areas; the museum makes it a great place to escape for the day. The museum is dedicated to providing a unique educational opportunity to step back in time. Expansion of the museum's collection and promoting the preservation of these modes of horse drawn transportation in history are two of the museums primary goals.

Bayer Museum of Agriculture

The Alton Brazell Exhibit Hall contains the museum’s large collection of historic farming artifacts. From restored antique tractors to harvesting equipment, highlights include and interactive Blacksmith Shop, a history of cotton ginning exhibit, and the largest display of pedal tractors in the United States.

Brazos Valley African American Museum
Bryan, Texas

More than fifty years ago, Mell Pruitt, currently a retired school teacher in Bryan began to collect and search out information on African Americans in the Brazos Valley. The small gathering of articles and photographs grew into an extensive collection about the history of African Americans in the Brazos Valley and beyond. In 1999 the African American National Heritage Society (AANHS) was founded in an effort to raise funds for the future construction of a museum to house the collection.

Brazosport Museum of Natural Science

Named one of the ten best museums in Texas by Frommer's Travel Guide, the Museum is home to the largest collection of shells on display in the South with shells from around the world. The Museum also features real life-sized fossilized dinosaur skeletons and other rarely exhibited fossils plus exhibits on wildlife, rocks & minerals and archeology to round out the museum.

Buffalo Soldiers National Museum
Houston, Texas

BSNM is open to the public six days of the week (Monday through Saturday), conducting tours for the general public and area schools, in addition to providing education programming for middle to high school students. Among its many outreach programs, BSNM participates in parades, gives historical lectures, and sponsors a youth drill team. The museum is also an active participant in national veteran projects, such as the Veterans’ Registry Project.
