Andres Institute of Art is a 140 acre sculpture park. Our park contains miles of wooded trails, beautiful vistas, and peaceful settings. Each year the institute hosts “Bridges and Connections”, an international sculpture symposium, that brings together artists from different cultures to create sculptures which remain on site. It is the combination of art and nature that makes a visit to Andres Institute of Art a unique and memorable occasion. The grounds at Andres Institute of Art are open to the public year round -free of charge- dawn to dusk, and we encourage you to come and enjoy the sculptures along the well-marked trails.

Enfield Shaker Museum

People visiting Enfield Shaker Museum are at once struck by its beauty and spirituality. This unique site is nestled between Lake Mascoma and Mount Assurance, with eight historic buildings. The Great Stone Dwelling, completed in 1841, may be the Shakers' most significant architectural achievement, with 20 rooms for overnight stays to enhance the visitors' experience. With so many buildings and acreage, the organization is naturally suited not only as a museum to preserve the heritaqge of the Shakers' history, but also to serve the public for meetings, retreats and other functions. Visitation increased by 41% in 2007.

Founded in 1896, the Manchester Historic Association is an independent, 501 (c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization with the mission to collect, preserve and share the history of Manchester, New Hampshire, USA. The Association operates the Millyard Museum and the Research Center, both of which are open to the general public. The Association presents a variety of public programs including lectures, walking tours and concerts, and also school programs for students from third grade through college.

The Wright Museum consists of three distinct sections: a home front gallery and theater, a two-story Visitor's Center, and the museum's military wing, which houses exhibits devoted to all branches of the armed services. Among the highlights of the museum's military exhibition is a large collection of fully-operational vintage military vehicles, including a 42-ton Pershing tank - the only known surviving example from the 1945 crossing at Remagen Bridge.

You can spend two hours viewing the extensive collection in the 10-room Victorian house, the barn and the huge connecting shed.
