Description
Historic Connersville owns and maintains three locations.

Canal House was the headquarters of the Whitewater Canal Company and was built about 1842. Open by appt.

The Fayette County Historical Museum contains displays covering all aspects of the county's history, including a pioneer cabin and Connersville built horse drawn vehicles and automobiles. 200 W 5th St.

Ward 1 Hose House is the one remaining of three original fire houses. Built in 1870. West 7th St. between Grand and Western Avenues. Open by appt.
