Museum Development Associates provides services aimed at improving the operations and infrastructure of small, rural and emerging museums in the Southwest so that they might become greater economic contributors to their communities. We have ten associates and can provide a full range of museum services, including advocacy and strategic planning, collections care and management, exhibition planning and execution, and volunteer recruitment and retention.
