The Tell City Historical Society Museum is a local history museum focusing on the lives and work of its citizens from its inception in 1858.
While in existance decades before, the Tell City Historical Society became very active in organizing the Centennial celebration for 1958. Since that time, the society has collected items of local history for its museum. The museum has moved several times over the years and is now located in the former Tell City Library. We have a display area, a library/research area, and a meeting room. Call ahead and we will provide tours on closed days.
