We have hundreds of CDs for genealogical research. Censuses, ship records, cemetery records, etc.
We are housed in the old Welsh Presbyterian Church which was donated to us in 1994 when that church closed. The church proper seats 350 and is used during the warmer months for a variety of speakers and music programs. There are three display classrooms upstairs where the church proper is.
Downstairs is the library and research rooms and bathrooms.
Our holdings are primarily genealogical in the form of research CDs and general family records. We have one classroom dedicated to coal mining tools, clothing, and memorabilia.
We usually hold four programs a year. Historical, musical, and historical interpretation types primarily. Call or write for a brochure.
