Description

The Tampa Police Museum is open Mon – Fri from 10:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. and is located on the ground floor of the Tampa Police Department headquarters building in downtown Tampa. The entrance is on the West side of the building on N. Franklin Street.

Mission

Honor Tampa Police Officers killed in the line of duty. Preserve historically important records, books and police equipment. Urge the teaching of police science and work by offering educational programs to the public. Promote the enthusiasm for a police career, and urge to find out more ... Provide guided tours to school children on the history of the Tampa Police Dept.
