Establishment of the Archbishop John C. Favalora Archive and Museum on the St. Thomas University campus provides the ability to share vast historical resources with students, scholars and the wider community and further enhances the relationship between the Archdiocese of Miami and St. Thomas University. The history of the Archdiocese of Miami is replete with important and fascinating materials that demonstrate the importance of the Church in South Florida for the last 50 years. The Archives collects, preserves, organizes and makes accessible documents, images and artifacts of the Archdiocese for the purposes of education, research and exhibition.
