We have more than 130 uniforms of all types and hundreds of other artifacts on display. The museum is arranged in chronological order, making it easy for visitors to self tour displays that cover the Revolutionary War to the present, including Military Operations Other Than War such as Grenada, Lebanon, and Panama. All branches of the Armed Forces are represented, including the Coast Guard and Merchant Marine. Relics from the opposing side in each conflict are also displayed.
Our mission is to perpetuate the memory of the Veterans of the Armed Forces past, present and future, to establish a permanent military museum as a repository for preserving artifacts and research materials, and to foster Patriotism and respect for our Veterans and the Armed Forces.
The Museum started as traveling displays in 2003; in 2007 we moved into our current location. Our Curator began collecting military relics as a child which grew into a life long love of history. Having spent 9 of his 20 years in the US Air Force stationed in Germany he had the opportunity to visit all the major battlefields in Western Europe. His collection of WWII artifacts grew by leaps and bounds forming the basis for the Museum.
We have over 2500 uniforms, medals, letters, photos, artifacts & memorabilia from the Revolutionary War through current, all branches, all ranks men and women. Highlights of our artifacts include:
the Medal of Honor,
pieces of the USS Maine and USS Arizona,
pieces of the World Trade Center
