=A small community museum that explains the development of Ludlow from a scenic riverside estate of 1,000 acres to a thriving railroad town to the Cincinnati suburb it is today. The influx of Irish and German immigrants influenced much of its growth. Besides numerous displays and photographs, a genealogy/local history room is also available.
The mission of the Ludlow Heritage Society & Museum shall be to preserve and protect the historic and cultural artifacts of the city of Ludlow, to acquire, preserve, and display books, pamphlets, maps and other similar objects for the purpose of establishing a reference library and museum for the use of the community and tourists alike; to maintain genealogical records in order to keep an accurate record of the citizens of Ludlow, past, present and future; to potentially seek aid or to assist in the preservation of valuable, historic buildings, monuments and sites; to share the knowledge gained in these pursuits through publications and programs for the public.
The museum's Grand Opening was held on October 22nd, 2011, and is continuing to gain local attention.
