At Mystic Seaport Museum in Mystic Conneticut: "Skin and Bones" Exhibit....a traveling exhibit from Philadelphia's Independence Seaport Museum presenting over two centuries of ancient and mordern tattooing tools, flash, tattoo related art, historic photographs and artifacts to tell the story of how tattoos entered the sailor's life and what they meant and why they got them.
To preserve, display and share the history of tattoo.
