Description

This living snake and reptile musuem features exotic snakes, tortoises, lizards, frogs, and spiders in natural habitat exhibits. It is also a captive snake breeding facility where visitors can learn about the breeding process. The museum also has a store where snakes and reptiles and more can be purchased.

If you'd like a bit more informative and exciting experience while visiting The Serpentarium, we offer Guided Tours with a fun, hands on experience!

You get one full hour of personal attention from our knowledgable staff who will guide you through our facility providing you with facts about the many animals on display and answer any questions you may have. You also get to enjoy a few hands on experiences with many photo taking opportunities. Want even more excitement? For an additional fee, you can request to watch a live feeding!

Adopt a reptile from The Serpentarium: Whether you're looking for your first reptile and want to save money or are interested in offering your home to a needing reptile, The Serpentarium usually has a few animals available that could use permanent loving homes. We commonly have Ball Pythons, Red-tailed Boas and Turtles available with low adoption fees as well as various Geckos and Lizards from time to time.

Need a new home for your reptile: The Serpentarium accepts most reptile donations. If you can no longer keep your pet reptile, for whatever reason, feel free to bring him/her in and we'll provide them with the best care possible, ultimately matching them up with a perfect permanent home through our Adoption Program. In some cases, we'll adopt your pet and make him/her a Museum attraction.
