60-acre botanical garden, wildlife sanctuary, and historic 1930s Wray Home.
To depict and maintain for posterity the natural and cultural heritage of South Florida and the Everglades by preserving and displaying in a living museum an outstanding collection of tropical and subtropical plants, and birds native to the area presented in naturalistic habitats, and cultural artifacts of early South Florida settlers and native peoples.
