The mission of this museum is to unite and utilize the combined efforts, talents, and resources of the members to collect, preserve, and display historical, cultural, educational artifacts pertaining to Eustis, Lake County, and the State of Florida, and conduct educational programs for the general public. Museum to house memorabilia for viewing and use by the general public.
The Eustis Historical Society owns a separate in house "Citrus Museum". This covers the early citrus industries and history for Eustis "Orange Capital of the World" and Central Florida. It is contained in the historic Clifford's home carraige house in rear of the museum.
