We began as a grassroots interest group on September 10, 2003, and received our provisional charter, granted by the New York State Board of Regents, on April 20, 2004.

Artifact Collections

Artifacts, photos, archival materials, and digital materials on the rich immigrant and industrial heritage of our city as an Erie Canal and Niagara River community in the 19th and 20th centuries.

Research Collections
