2000 plus pieces related to the bottling, marketing and advertising of the soft drink Dr Pepper, as well as pieces related to the bottling process and the history of the Dublin Dr Pepper Bottling Co. The largest part of the collection grew out of the personal collection of owner William P. Kloster, and includes many Dr Pepper advertising posters, signs, and collectibles.

Company correspondence, company records, personal correspondence of owners, Bottler catalogs of Dr Pepper and various soft drinks from 1950s to present, Dr Pepper Company news magazines, Soft drink-related magazines, audio tapes, video tapes, CDs, DVDs, reel film, historic photographs, Family photograph collections of owners, catalogs of bottling machinery, etc.

Tour guides give tours of the museum rooms and bottling rooms. A script is provided for tour guides, and updating of script is an ongoing process.
