The collections focus on Swisher County history, from late 1800's to present. The association has a collection of farm machinery and farm equipment. The association has an elegant house that is completely furnished with early 1900's furniture; a rural home furnished from the 1930's; and a log cabin that was used on the JA ranch. The log cabin was known as a "line cabin" because they were built along fences so cowboys would not have to ride back to the house. The association's largest exhibits include one of JO Bass Blacksmith Shop & Equipment and an exhibit of his bits & spurs, a military exhibit from WWI to Desert Storm, and Santa Fe Railroad exhibit.
