L. Ron Hubbard Life Exhibition

Learn about the life and work of L. Ron Hubbard, Founder of Dianetics and Scientology, in this educational and entertaining museum. See his early life adventures as a Boy Scout, becoming America's youngest Eagle Scout at the age of 13. Learn about his studies of 21 cultures including intriguing diaries and photographs of the people and far off places he visited through his teens and 20's at the turn of the 20th century. Listen to stories written by Mr. Hubbard as a headlining author of the Golden Age of Pulp Fiction and watch segments of the 1930's classic movie serial "The Secret of Treasure Island" which he wrote for Columbia Pictures. With over 30 innovative displays you also learn the basics of Dianetics and Scientology as well as social betterment programs in the fields of detox, education and moral values.

To enrich the lives of others through highly informative multimedia displays which truly reflect the excitement and adventure of the life and works of L. Ron Hubbard, founder of Dianetics and Scientology.

Artifact Collections
Collections held by the L. Ron Hubbard Life Exhibition

The exhibition collections consist of historic artifacts including journals and photos of Mr. Hubbard's travels through China and the South Pacific. A full library of pulp fiction stories he wrote during the Golden Age of Pulp Fiction in every genre - adventure, mystery, western, detective, fantasy and science fiction. A high action episode from his 1930's movie classic Secret of Treasure Island. Also on display are artifacts from his philosophic research.

Educational Programs
Learn

The exhibition features several educational programs suitable for all ages. Centering on the social betterment programs based on Mr. Hubbard's works, the exhibition holds talks and seminars on a variety of subjects. Upcoming events include: Photography: Writing With Light, Horticulture: For a Greener World, Education: The Three Barriers to Study and Learning How to Learn.
