In addition, ATSU facilitates a strong research environment through the A.T. Still Research Institute, which features a premier team of specialists and researchers. The University also is the parent institution for the Museum of Osteopathic Medicine and International Center for Osteopathic History.
Welcome to the Museum of Osteopathic Medicine (SM). Our mission is to preserve and promote the history and tenets of osteopathy through collections and research to a global audience.
Founded in 1932 by Blanche Still, DO, the daughter of the founder of osteopathy, Andrew Taylor Still, M.D.,D.O. The museum moved to its current location in 1997. We house two historical buildings, several paintings including those of Grafton,Blakelock and Horton.
