The Suggett House Museum is located in the 1882 Italianate home of inventor and real estate developer James Suggett. In 1976, a climate-controlled wing was constructed to house the extensive archival and genealogical collections.
The research library houses information on the population, businesses and industry in organized clipping files, along with indexed federal and NYS census records, vital statistics, cemetery data and surname files.
