Florida Railroad Museum

Parrish, Florida

History, Specialized

Over the years, the Florida Railroad Museum has acquired and restored rolling stock and equipment to operate for the public's enjoyment. We hope our visitors appreciate the sights and sounds of Florida railroading as it existed in the 1940’s and 1950’s. The Museum offers one of the most unique museum experiences in the world. Here you "Ride the Exhibits!" The Museum operates weekend excursions year-round from the Train Station in Parrish, Florida. Special weekend events are scheduled throughout the year featuring themed train rides. The caboose is available to charter for small, private parties or you may charter the entire train for large family or corporate events. The Museum enjoys non-profit status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
